Quilt Company East (QCE) is a quilting guild whose purpose is to:

• exchange quilting information and idea
• foster and perpetrate a love for quilting
• educate others about quilting
• enjoy the fellowship of other quilters
  

Although many of our members come from Pittsburgh and east, our membership extends over the entire Western PA region.  We have an approximately 125 members, and an average of 60 to 85 members attending our guild meetings.  The skill level for our members range from novice to nationally recognized experts.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Meetings are held monthly (with the exception of July and August). 

We conduct a brief business meeting, have announcements of the guild and other quilting activities, Show N' Tell, and a quilting-related program.

The guild activities are a great source of inspiration for the membership and guests. Special projects often include Block-of-the-Month, mystery quilts, challenge quilts and special group projects.

QCE is a teaching guild, and we offer a large variety of classes and workshops.
